Laith Dalloul, founder of Venture Labs

Meet the founder

Laith Dalloul

Laith Dalloul is the founder of Venture Labs, driven by a genuine curiosity about people and a passion for hearing their stories. He believes that every conversation offers an opportunity to learn something new, challenge the way we think, and inspire new ideas.

An entrepreneur himself, Laith is the co-founder of Life for Levant, a purpose-driven athleisure brand that supports humanitarian initiatives across the Levant. He is also involved in Padel for Life, an annual charity padel tournament that brings the community together to raise funds for pediatric healthcare.

Through his own experiences, Laith has become especially interested in what happens behind the scenes of entrepreneurship—the ideas that work, the ones that don’t, the risks people take, and the lessons they learn along the way.

He created Venture Labs to explore those stories and share what he learns. Through conversations with entrepreneurs, founders, and innovators, Laith looks beyond the success stories to understand the challenges, decisions, setbacks, and lessons that shape their journeys. These conversations also inspire Insights, a collection of short reflections where Laith shares the ideas and lessons that stand out to him—from learning how to navigate failure and take risks to knowing when to pivot or rethink an idea.

At its core, Venture Labs is about learning from people who have taken an idea and turned it into something real—and sharing those lessons in the hope that they inspire others to start, build, and pursue ideas of their own.

We make founder stories watchable with some Insights along the way....
